Dr. Hemantha Kumar is a co-founder of Windsar Care Group (WCG). With resilience, compassion and quiet strength, Dr Kumar has led the organisation since its inception in 2011.
Beneath his calm exterior, lies a strong confident leader who oversees eight medical centres that positively impact the lives of 50,000 patients.
He also holds the position of Managing Partner at Bharani Medical Centre. With over 35-years of medical expertise, Dr Kumar’s directorship at WCG spans over a decade – marked by a collaborative leadership style that has earned him a prestigious MBE for exceptional services in the medical field.

Dr. Pradeep Anand is not only a veteran dental practitioner, but also a visionary co-founder of WCG who shapes the group’s path into the future. He is well-known for his charming personality and legendary smile – even during challenging times.
With over four decades of experience in his field, Dr. Anand is able to accelerate progress and create opportunities within the healthcare sector.
He has played a pivotal role in crafting the ethos and standards of WCG as well as managing three dental practice surgeries that deliver care, via a team of 14 dentists and 30 nursing staff. His visionary leadership extends beyond clinics to strategic initiatives, including a pilot scheme that provides dental care to nursing homes.
