As the NI, Mulkraj oversees operations across four care centres, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders. His story speaks of resilience, adaptability, and a firm commitment to enhancing the quality of care—a characteristic that allow him to use his knowledge and skills in the ever-evolving field of healthcare management.

Following his tenure as Regulatory Compliance Consultant for the Windsar Care Group (WCG) since September 2022, Yousouf Jhugroo has now been appointed as the Nominated Individual for Heathlands, Windsor, and Salt Hill Care Centres under the WCG brand.

With a solid legal background and a distinguished career in regulatory compliance, Yousouf brings strategic oversight and strong governance to WCG. He has consistently worked at the intersection of compliance, consumer protection, and operational excellence, leading initiatives that have improved transparency, strengthened service delivery, and mitigated regulatory risk.

Yousouf's career spans regulatory leadership roles across several sectors, including the railway industry, renewable energy schemes (notably the Green Deal Code), real estate regulation (in UAE), and health and social care. His deep understanding of statutory frameworks and governance structures makes him a key asset to WCG.

As the Nominated Individual, Yousouf's main role is to serve as the primary liaison with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring that each centre fully complies with regulatory requirements while continuously raising the standards of care. His appointment testifies to WCG's ongoing commitment to strong governance, legal accountability, and resident-centred care.

As a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) member, Gordon plays an important role in shaping WCG's long-term financial plans. Beyond numbers, he safeguards WCG's financial commitments, demonstrating resilience and strategic brilliance in a competitive industry.

Gordon Masih manages accounting operations with transparency, delivering timely, detailed financial reports. He guides resource allocation decisions, leveraging his foresight and financial acumen.

Gordon Masih evaluates financial practices and implements positive changes. As a tech savvy he oversees WCG's IT system and plays a key role to meet evolving needs.

As holder of a BTEC Higher National Certificate in computer studies,Gordon Masih merges technology with financial prowess. Proficient in tools like MS Office, SAP, and SAGE, he transforms technology into a powerful ally for WCG's financial strategies.

Gordon is the champion of operational efficiency at WCG.

Salt Hill Care Centre is delighted to welcome David (Dave) Ansu Conteh as the new Home Manager starting 20th May 2024. With over 18 years of experience in healthcare and nursing home management, Dave brings rich expertise that will greatly benefit the residents and staff.

Dave has an impressive track record of managing care homes with consistent "Good" ratings from the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England. His wide knowledge of clinical governance and inspections will be invaluable in enhancing care standards and fostering continuous improvement at Salt Hill Care Centre.

With over 15 years as a registered adult nurse, Sadiya Abdi who joined the management team at WCG very recently, is committed to advancing dementia care and understanding this complex condition. Graduating from the University of West London in adult nursing, she furthered her qualifications with a Diploma in Health and Social Care in 2020. Her career journey took her through various healthcare settings, including residential care, neuro rehab, palliative care, frail nursing, and dementia care. Sadiya specialises in revitalising struggling homes, demonstrating a knack for improving operations and standards.

Sadiya’s expertise covers clinical skills, quality facilitation, and staff development. She takes pride in mentoring nurses and fostering their growth into healthcare leaders. While she hasn't received formal awards yet, Sadiya has spearheaded projects aimed at improving care standards and collaborated on overseas nurse initiatives.

Her passion lies in placing residents at the forefront of care practices, promoting meaningful lifestyles and independence within care home environments. Rooted in resident-centred care, Sadiya’s work ethic revolves around dedication and quality, setting high standards for herself and her team.
